In this episode, Anna Singer talks with Pittsburgh Opera Head of Music, Glenn Lewis, and Resident Artist, Maeve Berry, about their upcoming song recital "An Evening of German Vocal Music". Anna discusses the program with both artists, as it includes popular Lieder, opera, and operetta selections. There will pieces by composers such as Brahms, Schubert, Strauss and, much more. They also discuss what attendees can expect and their experience with the Teutonia Männerchor thus far. It is the first collaboration of its kind between the the club and the Pittsburgh Opera, something not to be missed! The recital will be held at the Teutonia Männerchor on the North Side on Saturday February 22nd at 7 pm.
