Des Rocs, born Daniel Rocco, grew up in NY and from an early age went from playing violin to guitar to becoming a lawyer and then forming Des Rocs. His new album Dream Machine is set for release on August 25. Des talked to Mistress Carrie first about the new album, the difference between the East and West coasts, touring with The Rolling Stones and Muse, the local Long Island newspaper, winning over a crowd, the resurgence of Rock, the difficulties of a 3 piece band, his Spinal Tap moment, his idea of the perfect song and so much more!
