Working from home with two little girls at her feet and a very demanding and highly important job; Shamena Nurse Kingsley knew something had to change. Trying something new, and working hard were not foreign to Shamena. As a young girl she was never discouraged to dream big and she would say this contributed to her dreaming nature. However, this time was different then the career choices and life decisions that led her to the life she was living. Shamena would not be able to find a solution without her husband and Jesus. With both of them by her side she has created a path for herself and working parents in the Washington, DC area. Challenging the norm and being unapologetically herself makes Shamena the most beautiful leader for this movement.
