Born in a small town in Costa Rica, Pablo was no stranger to hard work. In 2008 he moved to Texas after meeting his wife, Christa.

His passion is real estate, and he loves building his company, Blue Marlin Investment Properties, LLC. Pablo also enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters, Bella, Emma, and Olivia.

Pablo is also the founder of a new podcast called “Hablamos Money,” which was launched in March 2023. The focus is to produce content that will help educate and empower Latino entrepreneurs in the USA and Costa Rica. Pablo and his family are also very passionate about helping kids in Costa Rica. He and his wife, Christa, have partnered with a local church in Texas to launch a program that provides English language classes to orphanages in Costa Rica.

Pablo and his partners, Austin and Gregg, are excited about the future of their company. Their goal is to have a 400-door portfolio by 2030. They are running an operation of 15 employees and planning to start flipping in a secondary market by the summer of 2023. Their biggest achievement in business was to profit $2 Million dollars in two flips.
