Daniel Martínez, originally from Chicago, shifted from truck driving to real estate entrepreneurship at 25.

He now specializes in subdividing and developing large tracts of land in Texas, after starting with land flips five years ago.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Daniel has been hosting the “Hive With Us” podcast since 2021, sharing insights into entrepreneurship, land investing, and investment strategies.

Anthony Gaona has 15 years in digital marketing and a foundation in construction, mastered lead generation and transitioned from managing projects to wholesaling leads.

In 2019 he pivoted to real estate investing.

In land, he took a strategy focused on large acreage, and profitable land deals and evolved into teaching others how to find these deals to scale the business. Now, they’re expanding globally, aiming to collaborate in major US markets through their Hivemind CRM platform, promoting high-volume joint venture transactions and shared success.
