Vladimir Putin is vowing retaliation after Ukrainian forces unleashed a pre-dawn strike on the bridge that connects Crimea to Russia. Russia has also ended a deal critical to the world’s food supply. The Black Sea deal which ensured the safe passage of ships carrying grain from Ukrainian ports expired today.
