Episode 1075
The Washington Commanders concluded their final practice and preparations on Thursday before heading out to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Saturday. The story of the week has been running back Antonio Gibson, and that continued as he got more reps on special teams, a unit he has zero snaps within his two NFL seasons.
J.D. McKissic was held out of practice Thursday, so that scrambles the running back room a bit more as well and may lead to an even bigger workload for the rookie, Brian Robinson Jr.
Speaking of starters, head coach Ron Rivera said on Thursday he'd like to play the first unit for the first half or so, but should they play more - and could they play less?
Finally, we identify two areas and players we're watching this Saturday, for the Washington Commanders!
