Washington's Birthday is looking mostly cloudy with a gradual sunny breakthrough. Expect a high near 41 degrees Fahrenheit, still with those persistent west winds blowing 21 to 23 miles per hour and gusts potentially reaching 41 miles per hour. Those flurries should wrap up by 8 in the morning.

Looking ahead, Monday night will be mostly clear with temperatures dropping to a crisp 22 degrees Fahrenheit. Tuesday brings mostly sunny skies and a high of 35 degrees Fahrenheit with northwest winds.
