As an Autistic, LGBTQ2IAS+ and person living with compulsive behavioral challenges, Kitty values professional peer support, transparency, harm reduction and exploring many pathways to holistic wellness. Kitty attributes SMART Recovery, a non-spiritual community support program based on cognitive behavioral therapy to much of her healing.
