I received a call from a beloved of our community the other day. He and his father were both ill with the virus. He was recovering, while his father appeared to be physically declining.
There were a lot of questions, and one particular area that comes up for many of us - questions about the this existence and afterlife. Why are we here, and what happens after this? What is the Ultimate Purpose of the Soul?
In today's Meditation & Healing Circle, I want to share with you the Sufi perspectives and my beliefs about this existence and the afterlife. I share with you my favorite meditation, which is designed to lift the veils of separation now to experience what we can of the Ultimate Reality while we are present in body in this material realm.
