In Episode 1297, Sean Woodley goes solo to run through his key takeaway from a 126-113 Toronto Raptors win over the Los Angeles Lakers, who were without Anthony Davis and LeBron James. Off the top, Sean digs into the performances of the Core Four of Pascal Siakam, O.G. Anunoby, Scottie Barnes and Fred VanVleet, each of whom had great moments in the game, even if VanVleet and O.G. badly need to get back on track from outside. Next, Sean looks at Nick Nurse's tight eight-man rotation used for most of the game against LA, and makes the case for Nurse rolling with a tight eight-man group more regularly. They've got the star duos of O.G. Anunoby + Scottie Barnes and Pascal Siakam + Fred VanVleet to make it work! Lastly, Sean runs through the Good (The Jacob Ranton Memorial Basketball Tournament -- see details for the tournament's silent auction below), the Bad (the offense against the zone) and the Hmm (The Thad Young stat line) before rounding out the show.
