It's time for the 16th episode of our trip through SNME 1992 & 2006, and it's gonna be a fun ride. We are continuing our drive into the SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT catalog as we make another stop in the DELOREAN. Episode 16 of Season 5 is this upcoming Friday, and as per usual, ACEFIELD RETRO returns with MIKE BELCASTER to chat about an retro filled happening! We start our journey at Saturday Night’s Main Event #31 on November 14, 1992, from the Hulman Center in Terre Haute, Indiana, headlined by Bret Hart vs. Papa Shango for the WWF Championship & end it at Saturday Night’s Main Event #32 on March 18, 2006, from the Cobo Arena in Detroit, Michigan headlined by Shane McMahon vs Shawn Michaels in a Street Fight. This is the most significant time jump we’ve done in one episode of SHOT OF NOSTALGIA. There is almost a 15 year gap between the two shows. We chat about all the usual WWF/E happenings like titles changes, new debuts, and just the importance of this working relationship with Fox, NBC & WWF.  The celebrities & goofy presentation attempt to bring in the casual fans and tie in popular culture with some of the biggest names in WWF/E history.  Don’t forget to grab your weekly Shot of Nostalgia at 7 PM Eastern to continue Flashback Friday on the trailer.
