VGK's Bruce Cassidy has been named as an assistant coach for Team Canada for the 2025 Four-Nations Face-off. Cassidy will join Team Canada's head coach Jon Cooper and assistants Peter DeBoer, Rick Tocchet and Misha Donskov. DeBoer is a former VGK head coach and Donskov was on the Stanley Cup VGK coaching staff. Boston Bruins GM, Don Sweeney, who fired Cassidy is the team's General Manager.
