Sitting down in Whitehaven, Memphis, TN is a 124-unit multifamily property called Shelby Pointe Townhomes, which has recently been purchased by Memphis Investment Properties in May 2020. Walking us through the acquisition and due diligence process of this deal is the company’s VP of Operations, Sean Tagge. Starting out in real estate a few years ago in Salt Lake City, Sean found his most comfortable market in Memphis, where he met his partners, Jim and Brad Reedy. Initially focusing on single family turnkey properties, their company has been doing an average of 250 flips since 2017. This is their first multifamily syndication attempt.
