My dreams are so deep, vivid, and real that sometimes I wake up feeling like I am still living in my dreams. They are very symbolic, and I try my best to look up the meaning. However, I always feel like there’s more of a message there that is not to be found on google. Recently, I started a new routine of waking up and going for a walk first thing in the morning, to help process and invite my body to this reality. This has helped soooo much!! I still would like to figure out how to better understand these dreams, and use them as a tool in my day to day.
