About: Brenda Walton is a Women’s Empowerment Coach, an international best-selling author and the creator of the W.O.R.T.H.Y. program. She motivates an international community of women who are eager to transform their lives.
Brenda has achieved the following accreditation’s:

Certified Professional RIM® Facilitator – using this innovative and powerful mind-body technique Brenda facilitates her clients in a way that allows them to dissolve emotional blocks and self-sabotaging beliefs so that they can live happier, healthier lives.
Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) – this practice demonstrates that how we think and speak, will have a profound impact on our lives.
