Dr. Angela Plowhead was the first woman in her family to enlist in the U.S. Air Force. She went on to earn a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Plowhead served fellow veterans as a Psychologist at multiple VA Medical Centers before becoming a small business owner when she opened her own private practice. She recently announced a run for Congress in Oregon’s new 6th Congressional District, and released a new book aimed at talking about the important role of women in leadership.
