When it comes to surveys, people don't want to tell the whole thing because (1) they're afraid of having their comments exposed and it would ultimately jeopardize their jobs and (2) nothing would ever get done.
There are also surveys that aren't very good. For instance, in this video, the lady will request to leave out a comment section and to be honest, this is simply because she's afraid of comments. So, in this podcast, I give you guidance on how to go about doing surveys, my opinions, and things to implement.
