Description

It’s been scientifically proven most people quit their New Year’s Resolutions by today, January 16th. If that’s you, don’t beat yourself up, it’s actually SO NORMAL for the motivation you may have felt with the beginning of the new year to dwindle. Motivation is overrated and unreliable. In this episode, I’m sharing my top strategies for sticking to the daily habits that add up to your dream life. I’ve heard people say so many times “wow you must be so motivated” or “man you must have super strong willpower” and let me tell you I don’t have crazy willpower, I’ve just mastered ways to get myself to show up regardless of whether I’m motivated or not.
