Joe Biden has committed an impeachable offense. He knowingly and admittedly violated his oath of office by signing off on a CDC order to extend the eviction moratorium. Virtually every legal scholar (except one) said the move was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court had already said the moratorium was unconstitutional. Biden said the move was unconstitutional.
