Kyle Braund joins OMR crew to talk about running his first Galena Sky Trail race. He crushed the 4 hour race with 28.59 miles to finish 2nd overall. Right behind Reese Slobodianuk who set a course record with 31.01 miles. It is fun to hear how he prepared, managed the course and his thoughts on the community.
