Burning Blue Rain is composed of guitarist / vocalist Louis Tessman Stanoch and keyboardist / vocalist Oliver Osland. The two plus rhythm section celebrates its new EP, “Blue Frame” Wednesday January 29 at Seventh Street Entry in Minneapolis. Showtime is 8pm. Louis and Oliver started their musical careers as young kids.
