I share my 2025 vision of attempting a life of Open-hearted Participation and it's relation to Surrender. I share how little I understand the complexity of human emotions yet strive for deeper insight in order to grow beyond my habitual patterns. I also dip my foot into the waters of IFS - Internal Family Systems - and share a few characters who live inside me and determine my experience of myself and others, and relating.
