When Cops Framed an Innocent Man for Child Murder | Canada's Most Expensive Case

Published 1 year ago
Description
It was October 1984 in a small town outside Toronto, when a young girl went missing. Almost 3 months later, Christine Jessop’s body was found more than 50 kilometres away from her Queensville home. The nine-year-old was raped and murdered. After an intense police investigation, a former neighbour, Guy Paul Morin was charged. Numerous trials resulted first in an acquittal, then a conviction to an eventual wrongful conviction dismissal. A tragic tale that affected the lives of many, and a case that has never been solved.
