Description

The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex topics, including suicidal ideations. My guest and I are by no means mental health professionals, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? This week on Dyl and Friends I’m joined by Lululemon and Movember Ambassador Dan Price.

As Dyl and Friends listeners may already know I’m taking part in Movember movement this month to raise money for men’s health’s issues so what better time to have the incredible Dan Price come on the show. Dan has had his own mental health struggles and was extremely generous in sharing his story and why Movember is so important to him. I won’t say much more now as this is Dan’s story to tell you, but I will say I couldn’t be more grateful for his honestly and openness and am really pleased to be sharing today’s episode with you all.
