This week on Dyl & Friends I'm joined by hospitality mogul, Julien Moussi. Moussi is an ex-footballer that turned a humble coffee truck into a 30 million dollar cafe empire. Moussi went from playing footy at Box Hill to owning and directing 40+ venues that range from cafe's to major pubs like the recently opened Hotel Collingwood in Melbourne and his coffee roasting business, Inglewood. Moussi's work ethic and ability to stay humble is one of the main reasons I wanted to host him at the studio and unpack his journey up until now.
