Thomas Darcy McGee
Published 4 years, 1 month ago
Description
He was a Father of Confederation, who fought for religious minority rights, and is often referred to as Canada's First Nationalist. He is also, sadly, the first Canadian politician to be assassinated, resulting in a trial that was far from fair for the man accused of the crime.
