Today we'll find out just what homeopathy is, and just what it isn't, and the different remedies we can use to assist us not only in pregnancy and labor, but into motherhood as well. Here are the remedies we discussed in today's episode, what they're used for, and where you can find them:

Ipecacuanha 30c - morning sickness, food aversion during pregnancy, nausea/vomiting during labor

Nux Vomica 30c or 200c - nausea or vomiting during pregnancy or labor, or just “feeling gross”

Arnica Montana 200c - aches and pains of pregnancy, beat-up feeling, exhaustion, contractions, postpartum bleeding

Phytolacca Decandra 30c or 200c - lymph nodes, breast pain, engorgement, mastitis, plugged duct

Cinchona Officianalis 30c - low milk supply, feeling depleted from nursing/loss of fluids

Ignatia Amara 200c - insomnia, anxiety, grief, sadness, weeping, crying, emotions

Sepia 200c - postpartum hormones, irritability, rage, postpartum depression, uterine tone, postpartum headaches/migraines, brain fog
