Good morning, Austin! This is your weather update for the weekend, straight from the National Weather Service.

Tonight, expect a cloudy evening with temperatures dropping to a mild 67 degrees. Winds will be coming from the south around 10 miles per hour, with gusts potentially reaching 20 miles per hour.

Saturday looks promising with mostly cloudy skies clearing up by mid-morning. We'll see temperatures climbing to a warm 86 degrees. Winds will be light and playful, coming from the south southwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Saturday night brings increasing cloud cover and temperatures settling around 61 degrees. Those southern winds will be gentle, eventually calming down as the evening progresses.

Sunday brings an interesting mix - starting cloudy and then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with temperatures reaching near 66 degrees. Expect a light east wind shifting to a north northeast direction in the afternoon.

Monday has a slight 20 percent chance of showers before noon. We're looking at mostly cloudy conditions and a high near 68 degrees.

Tuesday gets more interesting with likely showers and possibly a thunderstorm before noon. Temperatures will climb to around 73 degrees with a 60 percent chance of precipitation.

By Wednesday, we're looking at a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before noon, with temperatures near 65 degrees.

As we move into Thursday and Friday, expect mostly sunny to partly sunny conditions with temperatures ranging from the upper 50s to mid 60s.
