Tim has had wide and varied ministry roles in a number os states, including leading churches, lecturing at Theological College and in the leadership coaching space. He also spent a number of years in the Not For Profit space including 10 years as the CEO of Compassion Australia. He is a sports tragic, playing a number of sports competitively including Australian Rules football, cricket and tennis as well as umpiring AFL and a season as a chaplain in Rugby League. His own experience and opportunities have given Him a passion to help leaders flourish in their own leadership roles and so now Tim is committing Himself to this endeavour. Tim is married to Chris and they have 9 children and 24 grandchildren.
