Andrew Hill Served at Crossway Baptist for ten years in a number of different roles and ended up being Executive Pastor, served as Senior Minister of City Life Church for a couple of years and then spent four years with the Baptist Union of Vic as Micro Church Consultant. Andrew now serves as Associate Pastor at New Community Church Ringwood in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. He is married to Leanne (this year celebrate 33 years of marriage) and together they have three grown up children who are all married and now have five grand children oh and a golden retriever named Willow. He loves water skiing and Musical theatre.
