WHO you need to more add units to your properties - we’ve already covered the WHAT - that could be a current investment property, or one you’re planning to buy, and they WHY is because you are, or are trying to become an investor. 

• A planning team, a municipal planner, but this could also include consultants for studies like environmental, forestry (trees), site plan control, landscape architecture
• For drawings - you need an engineer or comparably qualified person to stamp the drawings. You can submit “homeowner drawings”, but you likely need professionals like architects, BCIN, and engineers
•  Building - you need a general contractor
