Your employer's new responsibility on sexual harassment
From this week, businesses in Australia are now legally required to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This is called a ‘positive duty’, and will make it contingent on employers to prevent harassment from occurring in the workplace, rather than just reacting to an incident once it occurs.
