Over the weekend, nine people were taken to hospital in critical condition from the Hardmission Festival at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne. Seven of these people were placed into an induced coma. So what went wrong? To find out we speak to Danny Hill, the Secretary of the Victorian Ambulance Union.
