He has an unparalleled depth of experience having led numerous teams into over 1,500 of New Zealand’s highest risk situations and numerous overseas operations, over his thirty-year career in policing. This was a great chat with a bloke who has spent decades putting his life on the line (literally), being shot at, catching crooks, protecting the public, solving high-level problems and dealing with the mayhem of high-risk, volatile and unpredictable situations.
