Andrew Simmons is the owner of Vision Personal Training (with more than 50 franchises around Australia). He and I have been mates since the early 90’s, when he and the great Geoff Jowett flew down to Melbourne (from Sydney) to have a look at the largest PT Centre in the Southern Hemisphere (my gym) and to ask me a bunch of questions. Since that time, Simmo has well and truly taken over the mantle as the Guru of Australian PT and so, it was fun to catch up, talk sh*t and reflect on our time in fitness and more. Enjoy.
