I loved this episode. Super interesting. The great man and I talked about why we shouldn't wash our hair (with shampoo), why fibre is over-rated, the link between vegetable oil and Parkinson's disease, why you shouldn't lather your kids (or you) in (most) sunscreens, why harsher penalties aren't the solution to youth crime, why many experts won't listen to new research, the one expert who found a flaw in the science in his super popular book and then got rejected by his own followers (because he changed his stance) and why pink paint can reduce violent behaviour and crime.
