You literally can't be anyone but yourself. Good or bad, happy. or sad, kind or mean, crying or laughing; it's always you. All the stuff you’ve done in your life… you were there for all of it. And while you can't change 'who' you are, you can change 'how' you are. This episode is me exploring some of the stupid thinking and advice that gets wheeled out as personal development, self-help and even, positive psychology. And potentially, a better plan than ‘be yourself’.
