On June 6th, 1944, Allied soldiers parachuted into and attacked the beaches of France in a campaign to turn back the tide of Nazi evil spreading throughout Europe. Their sacrifices reverberate throughout our lives today. The freedom to be able to voice our faith as we choose is one such example and it came at great cost.
