Synopsis: This is a special episode of The Straits Times' video series The Big Story, hosted by Hairianto Diman and Olivia Quay.

In the latest COE bidding exercise on Wednesday (April 6), the premium for the Open category ended higher at $99,999, a rise of less than 1 per cent from $99,010.

Open COE can be used for any vehicle type except motorcycles but mostly ends up for bigger cars. Premiums in the other categories also closed mostly higher.
