How do you continue to prosper in property investment, even in volatile financial times? Suvidh Arora joins Bushy Martin to discuss.

But this is already changing with interest rates on the rise and tipped to rise substantially over the next 12 months or so in response to high inflation, which is already softening property values that are likely to plateau and even drop by 5-10% in many areas in the medium term.

And as interest rates rise, your borrowing capacity reduces – for example, on an average $600k mortgage, for every 1% increase in interest rate, how much you can borrow drops by roughly $100k dollars.

So how do you safely and affordably navigate the changing times ahead so that you can optimise your capacity while minimising your costs and risks as well as your level of financial stress?
