Vaughan Smith is the host of the Fletch, Vaughan & Megan breakfast show on ZM in New Zealand.
Vaughan began his career in the early 2000s at the Generator in Hamilton as music director/afternoon announcer. He won a radio contest on The Edge where the prize was to co-host the show with Carl Fletcher. They have now worked together for fourteen years.
Fletch and Vaughan won best network music team at the NZ radio awards in 2013. They then moved to breakfast on ZM in 2014.
