244. Experiencing mom rage and not trusting herself with her kids to becoming a lighthearted, gentle and loving mama // Taylor Axthelm

Published 1 year, 3 months ago
Description

This is one of my favorite episodes. I interviewed Taylor who came into my Calm Christian Mom program in the fall of 2024. Taylor felt out of control, experiencing regular rage toward her toddlers and feeling completely miserable about the way she was showing up for her kids.
In just a few months things completely shifted for her. Her testimonial is such a bright example of what it looks like to do the hard work and break reactive anger patterns.
Her circumstances didn't change. They got harder, yet she changed on the inside and was able to handle herself in such a God honoring way that was loving, kind, compassionate and warm.

If you want to change your life like Taylor did, reach out friend. You have nothing to lose. NOTHING! I can help you. Book your free consultation call today!

Mentioned in the episode:

Ep 228: Is your anger normal or do you need help? How to know when your anger is destructive and you need coaching support.
