In this episode, Jonathon is joined by Theological Professor/Bible Teacher David Klingler to discuss Paul's letter to Timothy. All letters that Paul writes have a specific meaning and purpose behind them.  Today, our discussion focuses on 2 Timothy and how Paul encourages Timothy to endure and keep doing what you have been called to do. Paul, in this letter, is telling Timothy to remember teaching sound doctrine will come with persecution but stand firm and don't be surprised when others that teach differently rise against you. Paul, when writing from prison, this letter continually points towards the message of Jesus Christ proclaimed will come with hardship, but God has not given us a spirit of fear, and don't be ashamed of the gospel. This letter to Timothy is sure to inspire you to live in such a way you are above reproach and continue to serve Christ's body the church.
