Good morning, Atlanta! I'm your friendly neighborhood meteorologist bringing you the latest scoop on our weather adventure.
Today's looking like a stunner with mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing to a pleasant 74 degrees Fahrenheit. We've got a light northwest wind dancing at 5 to 10 miles per hour with occasional gusts up to 15 miles per hour. Perfect day to grab those sunglasses and maybe a light jacket!
Tonight, we're expecting some sneaky patchy fog after 2 in the morning, but don't worry - it'll be partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to a comfortable 53 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wednesday brings a bit more cloud action. Expect some morning fog before 9 am, then mostly cloudy conditions with temperatures hovering near 71 degrees Fahrenheit. Our winds will be playing it cool, starting calm and then shifting to a gentle southeast breeze.
The latter part of the week looks like a bit of a moisture mixer. We've got a chance of showers Thursday night and Friday, with partly sunny moments sprinkled in between. Temperatures will dance between the mid-50s and mid-70s.
By the weekend, we're looking at a 30 to 40 percent chance of rain, so keep those umbrellas handy. Saturday and Sunday will offer partly sunny skies with temperatures in the mid-70s.
