- (0:43) Andrew has been dreaming of getting into property and thanks to a recent £100,000 inheritance he’s finally in a position where he can get started, but he’s wondering if Rob & Rob can shed some light on how he can find the right property and if an interest-only mortgage is the right option for him.
- (5:51) Last year Jal completed on a new-build flat in London, and he’s found himself in a position where the developer has handed over the management of the block to the owners. Jal is a pretty hands-off investor, so he’s asking Rob & Rob what he should do next – should he contact the other owners, or should he leave it to his estate agent to handle?
