While on her way to school, 11 year old Jaycee Lee is snatched by a stranger in front of her stepfather who runs after the car, but is not able to catch up. For the next 18 years, she is kept captive in the backyard compound of the Garridos, a convicted sex offender & his wife, despite 60 failed parole visits from the police. It wasn’t until Jaycee’s bizarre behaviour during a rare outing with her two daughters that one officer realized something was really wrong.
