Even as we are still searching for answers about the deadly plane crash over the Potomac in northern Virginia, a medevac jet with a child onboard crashed near the Roosevelt Mall in northeast Philadelphia. The plane went down in the middle of a packed neighborhood with flaming debris hitting homes and businesses.
