Description

What if I told you that you could crush it in life and business without burning out? That you could make money, create impact, and enjoy the journey—without sacrificing your health, relationships, or happiness?

Yeah, I know. Sounds almost too good to be true. But trust me, it’s not. It all comes down to balance. In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I’m breaking down the 10 Alignments of a Happy Hustler—the S.O.U.L.M.A.P.P.I.N. system—so you can assess where you’re thriving and where you need to level up.

SOUL MAPPIN’ is your soul’s map to the blissfully balanced promised land. It’s a framework I developed to systematically harmonize ambition and well-being so you can create your dream reality without sacrificing what truly matters.

Here’s what it stands for:
S – Selfless Service
O – Optimized Health
U – Unplug Digitally
L – Loving Relationships
M – Mindful Spirituality
A – Abundance Financially
P – Personal Development
P – Passionate Hobbies
I – Impactful Work
N – Nature Connection

Now, I want you to rate yourself in each of these areas on a scale of 1 to 5. Be real with yourself. No sugarcoating. 5 is like an A you're crushing it. You're happy hustlin 4 is like a B You're satisfied making progress 3 is like a C. You're okay and getting by 2 is like a D You're slacking and need to step it up and then 1 is like an F You're significantly lacking This will give you clarity on what’s working and what needs some serious attention.

Let’s Break It Down

  1. Selfless Service – Are You Giving Back?
It’s all about making a difference. When was the last time you gave your time, money, or expertise to help someone else? Use the GIFT acronym: Give, Insight, Finances, Time—and start small.
➡️ Daily Action Task: Do one random act of kindness today. Buy someone’s coffee, give a genuine compliment, or donate your time to help a friend in need.

  2. Optimized Health – Are You Feeling Your Best?
Without health, nothing else matters. Your physical and mental well-being should be a top priority. Use the ENERGY system: Exercise, Nutrition, Environment, Rest, Gallon of Water, Youthfulness.
➡️ Daily Action Task: Move your body for at least 30 minutes, drink quality water, and get solid sleep!

  3. Unplug Digitally – Are You In Control of Your Devices or Are They Controlling You?
Phones, social media, endless notifications—they can suck your soul if you’re not careful. Use the BREAK method: Barriers, Recharge, Eliminate, Airplane Mode, Keep your word.
➡️ Daily Action Task: Spend the first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of your day device-free.

  4. Loving Relationships – Are You Nurturing the Right People?
Life is about connection. Use the LOVER framework: Listen, Observe, Voice, Empathize, Repair—especially with your closest people.
➡️ Daily Action Task: Send a heartfelt message to someone you appreciate.

  5. Mindful Spirituality – Are You Centered?
No matter your beliefs, having faith and connecting to something greater is powerful. Try the SITS method: Sit in the Stillness.
➡️ Daily Action Task: Meditate for 10 minutes, write down five things you’re grateful for, and pray or reflect.

  6. Abundance Financially – Are You Managing Your Money Wisely?
Money isn’t everything, but it’s a tool for freedom. Are you spending, saving, and investing with intention?
➡️ Daily Action Task: Track your expenses for the day. Awareness is the first step to financial growth.

  7. Personal Development – Are You Growing?
Are you learning, evolving, and becoming the best version of yourself?
➡️ Daily Action Task: Read 10 pages of a book or listen to one educational podcast today.
