Today's challenge: Choose a topic that you'd like to learn and then put a date or time on the calendar. Next, choose who you want to teach it to and let them know the date and time you selected. Then start studying the topic in great detail, put it to use, and experience it first hand -- the goal is that you become confident in the topic at hand and can teach it to your group.
